Ikon Group redesigned Market Dynamics’ London offices to enhance innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being through modern, functional spaces reflecting the firm’s forward-thinking ethos and strategic objectives.
To support their ambitious growth plans, Market Dynamics, a leading data and analytics firm based in Clerkenwell, recognised the need to revitalise their offices. Understanding that a modern, functional workspace is crucial for fostering innovation and collaboration, they engaged our team to lead a comprehensive refurbishment project that would align with their strategic objectives while providing an exciting new workplace for their team.
Our scope of work included a complete strip-out of the existing office finishes, followed by the thoughtful modification of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimal performance and sustainability. We carefully designed and installed new meeting rooms and breakout areas, creating versatile spaces that encourage both focused work and informal collaboration. The contemporary finishes throughout the office were chosen to reflect the firm’s forward-thinking ethos, blending aesthetics with functionality and durability.
