In renovating its workplace in Ho Chi Minh City, Pernod Ricard needed a modern and technology-driven environment. Pernod Ricard engaged AKI Design to express its business motto, “Make a new friend every day”, through an innovative, lively, and collaborative workplace that reflects company branding and heritage while informing and inspiring staff.Enabling collaboration
Pernod Richard’s new office promotes creativity, collaboration and productivity while supporting wellbeing and work-life-balance. Leaving behind traditional desk-bound offices, the space supports flexible working. Assigned desks, hot desks and free stations provide a productive and dynamic atmosphere. This workplace draws inspiration from an incorporating brand elements and space functionality. Workspaces along the window line take advantage of scenic views and natural light from the glass facade. Contrasting colors and textures to navigate the workspace.Sustainable workplace
Putting health and wellness at the center are vital to this workplace. The workspace thoughtfully integrated ergonomic furniture and greenery throughout the space. To achieve sustainability in the workplace, we incorporated indoor greenery, organic materials, natural light and moreover, the office features height-adjustable desks, additional monitors, and an air-purifier system at all around the office.Integrating technology for flexibility and productivity
Interactive TVs, video conferencing, meeting booking systems and wireless collaboration tools boost productivity and streamline workflow. An energy-efficient motion sensor lighting system and automated roller blinds enable staff to adjust natural light and regulate energy consumption.
