  • Working together with Hudson Bay Capital, we revitalised their office space, giving it a fresh lease of life. Our task was to transform their existing CAT-B space in the heart of St. James into a modern, functional workspace that reflected their unique style and operational needs.

We began by thoroughly assessing the current space and understanding Hudson Bay Capital’s organisational culture. This allowed us to design a workspace that blended aesthetics with functionality, fostering productivity and collaboration while aligning with their brand identity.

The project was executed meticulously, ensuring adherence to the agreed timeline and budget. The result was a cutting-edge space tailored to Hudson Bay Capital’s requirements, as highlighted by their feedback:

“Ikon designed and delivered a cutting-edge space that was tailor-made for us, on time and within budget. They came up with creative ideas that fit perfectly in our space, suited our brand and have become models we want to replicate in our other global locations. Ikon was a great partner throughout the process, offering a rare combination of excellent ideas and on-point execution. The Ikon team were collaborative throughout the process and effectively co-ordinated across many project stakeholders. It was a pleasure to work with Ikon and we would recommend them to any company looking for a new office or renovation.”

This successful project not only enhanced Hudson Bay Capital’s office but also set a new standard for their global workplaces.
