Nexer Offices – Stockholm
Reform Arkitekter transformed Nexer’s office in Stockholm into a modern, inviting space with elegant design elements, flexible workspaces, and functional lighting for a first-class office experience.
Digital transformation from the heart of Stockholm
Nexer is a Swedish tech company that offers a wide range of services in all areas of digital transformation – from advanced analytics and systems development to automation and artificial intelligence. Now they have moved into their new office, located at Vasagatan 7, one of Stockholm’s most central addresses.Inviting atmosphere and a first-class office experience in the city center
In their brief, Nexer wanted an experience more like a modern hotel than a traditional office. The office interior is therefore characterized by elegant wooden wall panels and sober color tones and furniture that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. We have put great emphasis on designing a welcoming meeting lounge with reception, coffee bar and conference area to provide staff and clients with a first-class experience.
For employees, there are also flexible workspaces, comfortable work lounges and inspiring break areas that promote both collaboration and creativity.
Features and characteristics for the future
The large break area with kitchen, dining areas, table tennis and lounge furniture can be quickly rearranged for various types of large meetings, training, parties and events.Carpets, counters and partition walls are custom designed and unique to Nexer and furniture consists of both new and much reused from previous offices.
Throughout all areas, both for concentrated work and socializing and everything in between, there is a well-thought-out and functional lighting that both enhances the experience and contributes to a flexible work environment.
The central location of the office makes it easily accessible to visiting guests and employees from other Nexer offices in Sweden and around the world, facilitating collaboration and exchange of ideas. The office has become an obvious new meeting place for the company and more people than ever want to work from the office today!
We at Reform are both happy and proud to have been given the opportunity to create a working environment that supports Nexer’s continued growth and success.
