Ceridian Offices – Singapore
Space Matrix designed Ceridian’s progressive and collaborative workspace in Singapore, incorporating key themes like creativity and wellness elements, with a cohesive design language reflecting the company’s brand identity.
Ceridian, a global leader in human resource management, envisioned their new workspace in Singapore to reflect their progressive culture, encourage collaboration, and unify their previously scattered teams. Space Matrix took the challenge and created a vibrant and functional environment that embodied Ceridian’s commitment to innovation and employee experience.
Our design strategy centered around five key themes: convergence, contrast, creativity, energy, and versatility. We envisioned a bright, airy, and inspiring space that incorporated features promoting employee wellness.
A cohesive design language flowed throughout the entire space, from the welcoming reception area to the open office areas, break zones, and lounge. A prominent blue ceiling served as a unifying element, visually connecting key areas and reinforcing Ceridian’s brand identity.
To create a welcoming atmosphere, we incorporated natural materials like wood tones, pops of green and blue, and concrete. These elements brought the outdoors in, fostering a sense of support and connection with nature.
The final workplace design is a fresh and innovative representation of Ceridian’s brand and its dynamic growth trajectory. The space not only reflects the company’s values but also fosters a sense of community and collaboration among employees.
The carefully chosen design elements, including the blue ceiling and natural materials, have created a lasting impact on employees and visitors alike, leaving a memorable impression of Ceridian’s brand.
Through Space Matrix’s thoughtful design approach, Ceridian’s employer branding and brand-building initiatives have been significantly enhanced. The new workspace has positioned them as a forward-thinking and employee-centric organization. The consolidated space has also improved communication and efficiency across departments, leading to increased productivity and employee satisfaction.
