Axiom Workplaces transformed Magentus’ Melbourne office with a vibrant design embodying collaboration, connection, and innovation, featuring panoramic views, open-plan hubs, and brand-infused spaces promoting teamwork and productivity.
Magentus, a global health technology company, partnered with Axiom to revolutionise its workspace and brand identity. Axiom’s comprehensive methodology, from strategy to site delivery, infused Magentus’ core values of collaboration, connection, purpose, and support into every aspect of the project. The redesign, including a brand overhaul, culminated in a vibrant workspace on Level 46, 600 Bourke Street, Melbourne, featuring panoramic views of the CBD.
The new workplace fosters collaboration and connection with open-plan innovation hubs, breakout areas, and training spaces that seamlessly transform into a town hall. Magentus’ brand colors and feature lighting welcome visitors in the entry area, while the waiting area bathes in natural light, offering a serene atmosphere.
The kitchen, boasting breathtaking views, serves as a focal point for team lunches, promoting interaction and relaxation. Cafe-style collaborative seating encourages teamwork, complemented by hot-desking workstations that adhere to a clean desk policy, minimising clutter and maximising productivity.
Strategic placement of bench seating throughout the office enhances convenience and comfort, reflecting Magentus’ commitment to a welcoming and inclusive environment. The boardroom, overlooking the cityscape, accommodates large meetings, facilitating in-person connections with both team members and clients.
Overall, Magentus’ redesigned workspace embodies its ethos of innovation and inclusivity, driving forward its mission to revolutionise global healthcare through technology and collaboration.
